BNSF Rail Yard - LaDonna DiCamillo - Friday, May 3rd 2013

LaDonna DiCamillo, Dir. Governmental Affairs, BNSFLaDonna DiCamillo

Director Governmental Affairs
BNSF Railway Company

www.bnsf.com

BNSF (Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railroad) is planning to build their 156 acre Southern  California International Gateway rail yard (SCIG) project to provide near dock rail service so trucks can load their cargo containers a few miles from the Ports, onto trains for distribution versus the now 24 mile trip that cargo needs to go by truck to the current BNSF rail yard near LA.

This proposed project is slated to be built on land owned by the Port of Los Angeles. This project is not without controversy. The City of Long Beach formerly opposes the project.

Join us for breakfast and learn the details of this project directly from LaDonna DiCamillo, Director of Governmental Affairs for BNSF.

The Long Beach Commercial Real Estate Council is proud to continue serving our industry by bringing timely subjects to you, our members, so that you can make informed decisions on matters effecting your business.
